Foreign citizens may choose not to apply directly to the consular office, and instead use the services of one of the visa centers, which were established to improve service for Indian citizens, citizens of other countries, and stateless persons wishing to obtain a visa to the Russian Federation. At the consulate, you will be offered different processing options for a Russian visa for Indian citizens:
- regular (processing time 4–20 business days);
- urgent (1–3 business days).

Step 4. Register upon arrival in the Russian Federation.
Please note that registration is mandatory if your stay exceeds 7 working days (excluding the day of arrival). Registration must be completed at the place of your actual residence.
