The procedure for obtaining work permits for foreign citizens is described in detail in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 82.It has many requirements and conditions that must be met to obtain a permit. Following the agreement with the employer, the procedure for obtaining a work permit is different for highly qualified specialists and quota or above quota workers.
