The procedure for obtaining a work permit is also somewhat different for citizens of countries with low and high risk of immigration. In the latter case, you need to have an interview with the company's general director at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who must be accompanied by a representative from Travelmart. It also increases the cost of the service.
We work only with legal entities that are registered in Moscow or the Moscow region. Depending on the address of the employer, documents must be submitted to different organizations and departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the prices for services differ accordingly. For example, filing an application to the Employment Centre about employing a foreigner above quota in Moscow will be cheaper than in the Moscow Region.
Since January 1, 2015, the state duty for a work permit in the Russian Federation is 3,500 rubles. The fee is not included in the Travelmart price list and is charged separately. Payment for a work permit must be done through a bank transfer from the employer's account.
When paying the state duty, it is important to put in the correct budget classification code, not to make mistakes in bank and payment details. We provide the correct details at the stage of preparing the documents. When you pay, you are given a payment order with a round blue bank stamp. The original of this receipt must be attached to the documents when applying for a work permit.
